Hair razor?

Ive used razor scissors but not just a regular hair razor. Like these:

When I used the scissors the part above the place I cutted just stayed the same while the cutted place got really thin.

So its like big and thick at the top compared to the bottom.

So I wanna know if this doesnt occur with a regular hair razor.

ok its because what you were using werent razor scissors, they ar for making your ends choppy looking, its not what you want, a hair razor wont do this, it will give you much better layers, heck you dont even need a hairrazor, just use a plain old shaving razor, they work exactly the same, just take a chunk of hair, pull through it to cut layers lots of layers at the top, and few towards the bottom. and it will be great.
