ok my hair is really thick and curly and frizzy wht should i put on it to make it curly and not frizzy and i swim monday thoguh friday so it gets alot of damage i use sunsilk anti pof but it really doesnt work wht else should i use i put leave in conditer that is sunsilk anti poff but it really doesnt work and once the heat hits it yeah its up in a ponytail in seconds there my best friends lol

My mom has curly hair and she uses dangerously straight shampoo to make it straight.

1. you can buy a nice straightening iron and straighten it

or

2. you can just leave it it sounds pretty

try to towel dry your hair.that usually helps for friz.And also you should consider wearing A swim cap when you swim and use tresemme deep cleaning shampoo because it protects you hair from the pool chlorine :]

i think you're creating the problem, honestly. you have to work with your hair, not fight against it.

first of all, straightening your hair with a straightening iron, only creates dry, damaged hair, adding to your problem. you need to stop straightening your hair or adding any sort of chemical or heat from tools like that.

when you swim, wear those caps! problem solved.

you can get your hair thinned out at a salon if it bothers you. use better products, like alba, burts bees or jason, not any drugstore products, because they have harsh chemicals that acutally do more harm than good to anyone's hair.
