How long would it take for my hair to get like this?

Right now, my hair is pretty short and in layers, mylongest layer is about 'till the end of my neck, up to my collar bone and my shortest is a bit past the start of my ears...

MY hair gets wavy when long, so if I layer it it should look almost as wavy as Anahi's.

My question is tohugh, how long will it take for my hair to get like that, also I've heard by rubbing oyur scalp you increase you hair's growth speed. But by how much do you increase it? Also, are there any big brand shampoos that increase growth?

hair grows six inches a year...so do the math and youll have your answer. most things that claim to speed up hair growth dont produce a too noticeable difference
