Before the big bang what was there. What created the big bang. If there was something before, what c

I need to actually know what was before the big bang. And if there was anything, what created that. What was there before the thing that created the big bang. I could go on and on. Was it another universe, if so, what started that. WHAT REALLY BEGAN THE WHOLE OF LIFE, WHAT BEGAN TIME.

I'M TEARING MY HAIR OUT PLEASE PLEASE HELP.

thankyou.

Before the big bang what was there. What created the big bang. If there was something before, what created it.

As one answer alluded this question cannot be addressed meaningfully using the most powerful cosomological toolbox at humanity's disposal: General Relativity. By GR, Space-time has no meaning prior to t=0.

This question is very profound and difficult to approach in a scientific manner (ie, generate a testable hypothesis.) For instance, our physics cannot even describe what went on between t=0 and the planck time (see wikipedia for "planck time) in the pre-inflationary universe.

Nevertheless, this question is not completely scientifically untenable; some somewhat testable hypotheses can be crafted. Naturally, there is a strong philosophical component to this question, but that is a whole field itself and beyond the scope of natural sciences.

The book linked in sources has an EXCELLENT chapter written by Lee Smolin on this topic. There are models that discuss what might have gone on prior to time =0. I read the material some years ago and do not recall it here. Some of it describes a Darwinian picture of how a universe with the particular natural laws ours has might have come to be.

I found a wonderful paper of his on Arxiv (second source) that I plan on reading when I can. It appears to touch on this topic also in the early sections, though as you can see by the title, this is not the focus of the paper (while at the same time scratching a major itch of mine.)

Before the big bang what was there. What created the big bang. If there was something before, what created it.

42. But seriously, before the Big Bang there was nothing- no time, no space, no anything.

Before the big bang what was there. What created the big bang. If there was something before, what created it.

God.

Before the big bang what was there. What created the big bang. If there was something before, what created it.

the small bang happened

Before the big bang what was there. What created the big bang. If there was something before, what created it.

Good question. Unanswerable. We all need to know, but probably never will.

Before the big bang what was there. What created the big bang. If there was something before, what created it.

Ask God

Before the big bang what was there. What created the big bang. If there was something before, what created it.

Consciousness.

Pure consciousness, without anything to be aware of.

Then the dream starts. Bang.

Before the big bang what was there. What created the big bang. If there was something before, what created it.

God, and if you want a more exact answer you should of put the question in a different category...try HEY EINSTEIN GOT ANY THEORY FOR THIS ONE

Before the big bang what was there. What created the big bang. If there was something before, what created it.

Energy, since it cannot be created or destroyed.

The universe is amazingly, the result of energy, and is energy. The universe cannot be created or destoryed; but simply the universe changed form.

Other than that, who knows? Maybe there are other universes, or maybe the rest of space is simply an infinite vastness of nothing.

Before the big bang what was there. What created the big bang. If there was something before, what created it.

This is the proof of the existence of god. Because, as one said energy is the reason behind all these, who created that initial energy? Who??? And the only logical answer is GOD.

Before the big bang what was there. What created the big bang. If there was something before, what created it.

it is definitley not proof of god.

B4 the big bang, there was just another mass collection astroids, All this floating around in the imense and never ending vastness of space. The big bang is no different than a star exploding in on itself, creating the new solar system. Comet dust eventually settling on the earth as the earth passd through it's tail, brought to earth the needed elements to start life. From there, time takes over and evolution starts it's long journey.
